What makes my work unique?
1. First and Foremost - Relevancy
By design, I immerse myself in TODAY's organizations, either through ownership or contract opportunities to experience what I facilitate. Over the past twenty-five years, I was a part-owner and director of a private label food manufacturing company, partner in an international training company, a change management specialist in a global enterprise, a community college outreach partner, as well as an in-house instructional designer with a high-profile government office. All these experiences bring an added level of credibility to what I do, as I not only facilitate real-world people and business dynamics but also work in the real world CURRENTLY.
2. Uniquely Qualified
In addition to my Master of Arts (MA) in Management and Adult Education diploma, I am a Certified Sales Trainer, Certified Personality Dimensions™ Facilitator, DISC Trained, Adler Trained Coach (ADC), PROSCI™ ADKAR Change Management Trained and a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP).
3. Approachability and Ability to Engage
I take pride in my unique ability to connect with anyone at any level in your organization - CEO to individual contributor- and my innate passion for motivating others to participate, communicate, and engage. I create thought-provoking, learning-based environments using my hallmark "down to earth," real-world approach and style.
4. Global Experience
It is estimated that I have worked with over 600 private and 350 public sector clients in the past twenty-five years, encompassing over 15,000 participants across Canada, the US, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Russia.
5. Academic Grounding
My practical, real-world experience is augmented with deep post-secondary educational institution affiliations (University of Toronto, York University, Justice Institute of British Columbia, American University of Kuwait & numerous community colleges), where I not only teach, but am a curriculum developer and facilitator for both degree and continuing education programs over both online and traditional mediums.
6. Global Reach
In addition to my own expertise, I have developed a strategic network of colleagues that I partner with for large, multi-national and international contracts.
